This book is a wealth of knowledge particularly for anyone who is a novice in how to navigate the federal govt when it comes especially to technology policy, innovation and procurement. Having worked with Kelly at the Dept of Commerce she has dedicated herself to the ins and outs of technology on all levels of government and business. This is a must have book.
