Ms. Henrichs brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in Information Technology and Systems Integration within the public sector marketplace to the Techvision21 team. Since 2002, Ms. Henrichs has worked with numerous businesses in building and executing Federal sales for services, technology and telecommunications offerings. Her clients have included companies in insurance, telecom, CRM software, biometric identification solutions, services, training and visual media.

Ms. Henrichs also is founder and CEO of FedSalesConnect, the one stop for Government contractors serious about Government sales. Offering Staffing, Strategy, Marketing and Connections, Fedsalesconnect was recognized by the Maryland Economic Development Council with an invitation to join the Rockville Innovation Center in April, 2008. The FedSalesConnect brand is recognized within the contractor industry as the first and only firm in the market dedicated to building a sales and marketing community of government contractors.

Ms. Henrichs previously served as Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, Government Markets for Global Crossing Telecommunications, Inc., where she built and led the global government sales team, including marketing and management operations. She joined Global Crossing in April 2000 after 18 years with IBM. Her most recent position at IBM was Business Unit Executive in the Public Sector Industry, providing business direction and leadership to a geographically dispersed team of senior sales professionals, program managers and IT specialists. She was a key contributor in growing IBM's civilian contract base in excess of $1 billion. Ms. Henrichs has received numerous sales and performance awards throughout her career, including consistently ranking in the top 2% of all IBM sales executives.

As a certified instructor with the B2G Institute, Ms. Henrichs delivers workshops and Federal sales training across the county to companies that want to enter the market or grow their public sector market share.

Ms. Henrichs has a B.S. degree from Penn State University, and is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, International Telecommunications Pioneers Association, and Women in Technology International.
