4.1.08 TechVision 21 CEO Kelly Carnes to speak at the National Hydrogen Association annual meeting in Sacramento, California
Sacramento, California On Tuesday, April 1 Kelly Carnes will present the "Federal Government's Role in the Early Adoption of Hydrogen" during the National Hydrogen Association's four day annual meeting.
Carnes' panel presentation will highlight successful demonstration projects and outline federal funding opportunities contained in the Energy Policy Act of 2005 which includes $4 billion for hydrogen and fuel cell R&D demonstrations. She will discuss the President's Hydrogen Fuel Initiative and what the promise of an alternative energy economy could mean for the environment, good jobs and energy independence.
The conference theme this year is "Ramping Up Commercialization" and is expected to draw several hundred alternative energy companies, industry professionals and environmentalists to discuss the adoption of hydrogen products in the marketplace.
