Lexington, VA Virginia Military Institute – TechVision21 CEO Kelly Carnes will make a pre-conference presentation on federal funding options for a wide range of alternative energy sources on Tuesday, October 16th at the Energy and Sustainability Conference (COVES) hosted by the Commonwealth of Virginia at the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia.
